This small vaccume bomb uses a plastic bottle, filled with a 50:50 mixture of Acetone and Isopropyl alcohol. At the center of the Bottle, submerged in the luquid, is a long plastic tube filled with 3-5 grams of the highest quality flash powder. The fuse goes to the Flash powder, which explodes at a sufficiently high velocity (not as high as a high explosive) to disperse/vaporize the liquid mixture (mixing it with oxygen), while igniting it. The test was very successful, and if one looks closely the blast/pressure wave can be seen. Note: The explosive was about a foot below ground, in a hole that was about 2.5 feet deep, so much of the blast cannot be seen.
