This is the seventh video lecture in a series about the information technology revolution, vis-a-vis long time UC Berkeley Professor Manuel Castells' work. This video focuses on The New Economy and Information Technology in relation to the Internet which took shape as the World Wide Web became widely used in the mid-late 1990s.
