The world record for lucky coin flipping, held by Alex Lamoureux. The record was set with a 1-dollar canadian coin, or "loonie". The old record was just 8. The chance of flipping 12 tails or 12 heads in a row is 1/2048. The "heads" side of the coin was coloured black so there was clear distinction between heads and tails. I did not cheat in any way, I used an ordinary coin and flipped constantly for over an hour until this fluke happened.
