A woman, aided by her many conversations with Armand de Fluvià, Ferrany Juste and Jordi Bilbeny, one after another, unmasks the historical and political twists and turns which are hidden behind the Discovery of America. The falsification of the personality and political nature of Christopher Columbus was firstly the work of the Castilian Crown and later on of the Spanish State. So his origins, age, family, the purpose of the voyage and scientific knowledge have all been manipulated to make them converge with another person from the same period but who had nothing to do with the historic events and who only shares his name with the Admiral.
NOTE: In Catalan 'Colom' means 'pigeon' at the same time that is a very popular surname in the Catalan speaking regions.
