This system features a Denso Robot arm combined with a laser marking system. Both systems were coupled together by Control Micro System laboratories located in Winter Park, Florida. The robot holds a part and moves it around at different angles to be laser etched for texturing. Using a robotic system allows for odd-shaped parts to be etched at multiple angles as seen in this video.
