On June 14, 2006 Code Pink marched in DC, marking 2500 US military deaths in Iraq.
Six weeks before the war began in 2003, Medea Benjamin and other Code Pink leaders went to Baghdad as guests of Saddam's government, openly propagandizing against the USA and for Saddam; and making a movie.
In December 2004, Code Pink went to the Iraq border in Jordan and handed over more than $650,000 in money and goods to, in founder Benjamin's own words, "the other side" in Fallujah.
Our Marines were in Fallujah right then, fighting and dying at the hand of "the other side."
In March 2006, Code Pink brought "Iraqi" women to the USA, for a propaganda tour. One woman (Eman Khammas) was a former Baathist government employee; Code Pink neglected to disclose this fact. Khammas said that ALL Iraqi prisoners were tortured by American troops and that American troops were intentionally killing women and children, blowing up mosques, schools, etc.
Sound familiar? It's the same evil lies that were spread about our military in Vietnam.
Go to www.DiscoverTheNetwork.org and research the bloody communist ties (and leaders) that these so-called "Anti-war" groups have.
Our soldiers are fighting hard around the world to defend this country from our enemies.
We need to fight the enemies on the homefront.
