Danny organizes a marching band for the annual Douglas Christmas Parade. Musicians young and old , made up of family members, employees and friends from Douglas, and surrounding towns form the “Danny’s Pizza All Star Marching Band.” The first band in 1997 had 18 members strong, now anywhere from 60 to 75 horns and percussion, plus dance line, liven up this nighttime lighted parade in Douglas, Ga. the first Saturday of December.
