First, after a week of record-low closes on both the Dow and Nasdaq, Charlie talks to John Lipsky, chief economist for the Chase Manhattan Corporation, and David Pauly, editor-at-large of "Bloomberg News". They discuss theories of what has sent Wall Street into one of the steepest one-week declines in its history and the outlook for the U.S. economy. Then, a conversation with Pulitzer Prize winners Jhumpa Lahiri, Mark Schoofs, Henry Allen, and Paul Gigot about their literary and journalistic accomplishments. Finally, actor Linda Fiorentino, who has starred opposite such big names as Matt Damon and Will Smith, talks about her role in "Where The Money Is", which also stars Paul Newman.
