Everyone knows how to get easy gold in Oblivion, but the Dupe trick seems to still be fairly new. Using a bow, a stack of arrows, and just about any other item in the game, you can quickly make tons of dupes!
Equip a bow and a stack of arrows. Pull back the bow, hold it, and go into your Weapons menu. Click twice on your equipped stack of arrows (you will get the 'Cannot change weapons while attacking' message), and then go to the item you want to try to dupe. Drop the item (shift-click the item, for you pc-users), and then leave your menus. If the item can be duplicated, the dupes will spawn and drop right in front of you.
You will dupe X amount, where X is the number of arrows in the stack you have equipped. So, if you have 50 arrows equipped, you'll make 50 dupes. If you drop a stack of 10 scrolls, and you have 50 arrows equipped, you'll get 5 drops, because it will drop the 10 stack of scrolls 5 times.
Some item cannot be duplicated. Also, large quantities of items being spawned at once may slow down (as you see in the video) or even crash your machine or 360.
