This event actually took place in 2006, not 2005. It was held in the city "USSR" on planet Lok, on the Sunrunner Galaxy. Of course, the glorious Comrade Premier "Strell Samodelkin" named the city "United Soviet Strell Republic". The city is still under control, by Strelll Samodelkin, his successor. It is currently undergoing "reforms". You may send Strelll a message on Sunrunner, if you wish to join the city of our glorious leader, Strelll Samodelkin.
