This is a nice double shot of espresso using my Mazzer Super Jolly and Gaggia coffee. The coffee is a home roasted Brazil.
The shot starts nice and tight but the cone does swing a little bit (but not too bad) and it quickly becomes still. The shot due to the lighting for the video appears lighter and also appears to blonde a little earlier than it did in person. I feel I stopped this shot at a good time.
