"A New State Mental Hospital, Or 'Recovery in Community'?"
This EAI hosted roundtable discussed "the crucial question of whether the state should replace the Vermont State Hospital by spending $100 million or more building one or more new psychiatric care facilities for 53 prospective patients – or shift the focus to community-based recovery programs for non-criminal patients."
