Report Roundtable Video Event held on Thursday, January 24, 2008: 12:15-1:30; Vermont State House, Room 11, Montpelier, Vermont, USA. "A New State Mental Hospital, Or 'Recovery in Community'?" This EAI hosted roundtable discussed "the crucial question of whether the state should replace the Vermont State Hospital by spending $100 million or more building one or more new psychiatric care facilities for 53 prospective patients – or shift the focus to community-based recovery programs for non-criminal patients."
