Bob Boyce is interviewed by Hollywood Filmmaker and New Energy Congress advisor, Chris Patton, of Zero Point Films. This is an exclusive uncut version filmed in 2006.
Boyce is one of the leaders in the hydroxy/electrolyzer technology in which electrolysis is used on-board to create hydroxy gas from water to inject into the air intake of a vehicle to increase mileage. He has been opening sourcing his plans for years. He participated in the Hydroxy Booster Rally from DC to the Florida Keys and back in April 2008 using variations of his hydroxy electrolyzer systems.
Chris Patton, who is completing a documentary on various breakthrough energy technologies, gave Pure Energy Systems (PES) Network permission to run this uncut version.
