Problems sleeping and light therapy glasses luminette

Light therapy in the case of sleeping problems, we need to analyze firstly what sleeping problems that we have. We have for example the early stages of sleep where the person sleeps enough but the person falls asleep at 5 o’clock in the afternoon but wakes up a 3 o’clock in the morning; this is often the case for elderly people. In this case we simply need to delay this stage of sleep towards the night by doing a session of light therapy around 5 o’clock in the evening. However for those who sleep late it is the opposite the person falls asleep late and wakes up late in the morning, in this case we need to do the opposite by doing a session of light therapy in the morning so the patient will fall asleep naturally earlier at night at the end of the treatment. So for example if we have a case where we aren’t sure of the problem we try a session of light therapy in the morning to try and better the sleep as they will have more get up and go during the day. They will sleep better as there will be a difference between night and day.
