A Safe Place provides shelter, court advocacy, referrals and comprehensive counseling programs for victims of domestic violence - women and children who have been physically, verbally, or emotionally abused.
Friends of a Safe Place welcomes those who would like to join them in helping to support A Safe Place. Friends of a Safe Place raises funds to help continue programs such as the 24 hour hot line, emergency shelter, interim housing, counseling, support groups, court advocacy programs, and abuse prevention education for children and adults. Whatever talents and time you have available -- from stuffing envelopes to planning special events -- you will be warmly welcomed!
