The communities in Geylang area ( Singapore ) are frequently facing harassments from street prostitution, johns and anti-social behavior. The views that street prostitution are harmless or "victimless" crimes are flawed as over time, more crimes are attracted and had resulted in the vicinity. These crimes include thefts, drunk fights, snatch robberies, illegal gambling as well gang related problems.
