I was videotaping the fireworks that were in the south bay of the San Francisco Bay Area on July 4th, 2000. Around 10:03 pm I noticed a fire that appeared to be coming from the Avalon Neighborhood, in the Warm Springs district of Fremont, Alameda County, California. I do not know if it was started by fireworks, which are banned in Fremont or if it was arson. You will see the fire department coming which takes about 5 minutes for them to arrive.
