The FOA release of supposed Flight 77 hitting the Pentagon on 9/11 made to Judicial Watch in 2006, was of a very low quality, and appears to have been as little as 1/4 of the resolution at which the video was originally captured. This can be deduced from reference to the 2002 'leaked' AP press pictures, which have higher object detailing. Anyway, this clip is simply the FOA footage with sharpen and scale filters applied. No other operation has been performed.
