You don't need to go to the Oscars to be able to afford one Sharon A. Fox's designs. She recycles vintage and antique brooches and pins to create unique one of a kind fashion statements.
I used to think fashion was just something fun and frivolous until I teamed up with my ex-partner, Fred Segal, years ago to create the nations first ecology department store. We were one of the first stores to feature organic cotton fashions and we had several stores under our umbrella showcasing fashions created out of recycled goods. I love the idea of taking discarded materials or old forgotten treasures and transforming them into wearable art or fashions. Bringing new life into something that appears to have run its course is always a fun and rewarding challenge. Recycling plays a major roll in motivating new designs.
I enjoy taking an antique or vintage treasure and transforming it for todays woman so that each piece helps to shed a spotlight on her individual radiance. I believe inside of everywoman is a princess and I want to be a catalyst in helping her to embrace that part of her self. Women, its time for you to shine...don't be shy...Speak up...Follow your dreams...Reveal the magnificent person you are...God Bless.
This video is just an experiment...Today I attended the I-movie class at the Mac store...and I'm just trying to figure out which buttons to push to make things work. All this tech lingo is driving me crazy...I have to work the bugs out of this process...either that or trade my brain in for a newer model...Thanks for your patience.
