NOTE: I AM NOT A LAWYER OR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE. I am only making this video because I am one of the over 17 million Americans that smoke Marijuana regularly. I find that when a workplace requires a drug screen as a part of a hiring process that it violates our 4th and 5th Amendment rights against search and seizure as well as testifying against oneself.
Be aware that in some states such as West Virginia, the attempt to switch, alter, dilute, or otherwise tamper with a test in order to unlawfully pass may be illegal. In West Virginia it is considered a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and up to a $1000 fine for the first offense. If you do this and get in trouble, it's your own damn fault, not mine. Don't want to get in trouble? DON'T DO DRUGS.
Also, I do not wish to debate this subject. If you wish to debate it, debate it in a polite fashion because if all you can say are snide comments and un-educated responses, I'm not going to mind you one bit and most likely delete your comment. Why? Because I can, and because I'm not going to tolerate the comment section of this video being spammed with people who can't think out a reasonable rebuttal. You weren't forced to watch this video, so why not hit the back button and search for something else to watch, k? Maybe you can watch the videos of families being broken apart due to the parents having a small amount of marijuana. Having a team of Feds break into a non-violent home using flashbangs and fully-automatic weapons, tearing the children from the parents arms and putting the kids in Family Services and the parents in prison. It's a situation where the family would most likely be better off had there been no interdiction.NOTE: I AM NOT A LAWYER OR LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE.
