The Ultrajack is a device that bolts on to the transom of a boat. The outboard motor is then bolted on to the Ultrajack making it a shallow-running, 99.9% weedless rig.
The Ultrajack was developed and perfected in the marshes of Southwest Louisiana, the mother of all highly vegetatted, previously impassable waterways and marshes.
It has proven itself in inland lakes that have become heavily fouled with Hydrilla and Hyacinth. It has not failed to date in heavy Hydrilla or one layer of Hyacinth to our knowledge. With Ultrajack, "If the boat will float in the vegetated area, it will run it" as far as propeller fouling is concerned. Horsepower is the limitation on the vegetation density.
