On the morning of September 11, 2001, the recently elected President Bush was on his way to a third-grade classroom in Sarasota, Florida when he was told that a jumbo jet... potentially filled with more than a hundred passengers... had just crashed into Tower One of the World Trade Center in NYC... potentially filled with TENS OF THOUSANDS of people. His decision was to continue on with his Photo-Op. A short while later, while reading "The Pet Goat", he is informed that a second plane has struck the second tower and we were under attack.
His reaction was to sit there and do nothing for seven minutes.
