Up first to the mircophone via a call from Tallahassee, Fla., is Paul Sirmons, Florida's Film Commisioner. Nearly six months ago, Paul accepted the post offered by Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Since taking the reins, both Tampa Bay Film Commissioner, Krista Soroka, and Pinellas Film Commissioner, Jennifer Parrimore, claim Paul has been doing a wonderful job. A higher film incentive is in place, more film and commercial work is flocking to Florida and the Tampa Bay area, and much more.
