The Festival includes the World s Largest Bagel Breakfast, activities for all, races, contests, arts and crafts and a wide range of live musical entertainment.
Mattoon is alive all seasons of the year with events such as Bass Fishing Tournaments, Garden Ramble, Egg Hunt and the Live Nativity. Mattoon is the self-proclaimed Capitol of the World for baseball and softball for boys and girls 7 to 19 years of age because of our numerous baseball and softball tournaments, including World Series Events! Other activities include Special Olympics Family Festival; Lightworks, and the Flannel Fest featuring Lumberjacks, Hay Rides and other fun Fall entertainment.
