Red Bluff Park is one of 5 parks of Silo's Message located on 5 continents. The others are in Italy, India, Egypt and Argentina. Each park contains a large Stainless Steel Monolith that marks the beginning of the park.
The Monolith at Red Bluff Park was inaugurated Saturday June 23, 2007 with a lot of commotion, friendship and joy.
