Twenty VJ hopefuls from across the country are flown to Toronto, where they size up their competition and immediately start to act out for the cameras. It's not long before they receive their first challenge, which is to interview Yellowcard or Our Lady Peace with minimal prep time and only one question. In the end, twenty become ten as half of the semi-finalists are sent packing!
VJ Search is a reality show, a proving ground and a free-for-all with the ultimate prize: a dream job as a VJ on MuchMusic, Canada's music station.
