This was in Juba Southern Sudan in March 2007. Sudan VP Riek Machar addressing members of the Acholi community who had gathered in Juba, Sudan for peace consultation conference organized by paramount Chief of the Acholi, Rwot Achana II. Delegates came as far as Sweden, Germany, UK, Canada, USA and majority from northern Uganda.
The sound quality is bad because 5 fans were running near the camera and the temperature in the room was about 110 degree high. It was too hot that I couldn't even hear what he was saying, leave alone control my hands shaking.
