Hinckley, 15th President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints speaks of the Divinely inspired mission of the US Founding Fathers stating that as he looks out across the world today he searches in vain for men like unto those who walked across the stage of history when the nation was born.
President Hinckley speaks of the Spiritual foundation of the American Republic, and warns that we are forsaking God in this country, and he fears, God is forsaking us.
There must be a move back toward the righteousness and fear the God of the Land, who has decreed promises and cursings upon America and her inhabitants depending upon the obedience to God that is practiced by the people. The further secularization of America is proving destructive and debilitating.
