It takes a special team to be retested during the busy and chaotic schedule of the Central Team. There also is a ton of pressure that comes with retesting. There are special interview questions based on improvement and content is based around the imminent improvement of individual scores and the team score. So what happens if the individuals and the team don’t improve and we are stuck trying to make up some impromptu content?….
Well hell if I know, we tested Colerain again and they did more then just improve, they destroyed their previous team score by nearly 12 points from a 73.86 to an 85.05. And as for the individuals, the highest score last event was 75.15. Today there were 6 players that posted overall scores higher then that.Nike SPARQ Training
