He's BACK! Lump Beefbroth (Werckman) is back in another high octane adventure. This time he's after a cop killer who escapes from jail and kidnaps Lumps partner, Buck Plankchest (Silva). It's up to Lump to break all the rules again, save his partner and take out the bad guys!
